As of August 1, 2022, the blog will become much more photo-centric. Not only will I post images from the homestead in the foothills of the Little Florida Mountains, and surrounding environs, but also tips about shooting, editing, archiving, software, hardware and more. The political rants will become few and far between (but not eliminated! It is 2022 after all!)
My stomach tightens when I see photos of the mountains rising off the plains like that. Think back to high school, when you thought you would just DIE if you couldn't be with that one girl. It's almost like that. I've been told that I romanticize the west too much, but then, I've yet to go anywhere that takes my breath away with such fervor. Hey, I'm young, I've got a lot of traveling to do!
